Ellen is a Senior Consultant with HKA Global and a Fellow with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Before becoming a delay analyst, she was a project manager with more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry and is also experienced in contract administration and extension of time claims.

Today, Ellen specialises in construction disputes, with a focus on forensic delay and critical path analysis. She has been appointed as the delay expert on domestic construction disputes and supported appointed delay experts on international arbitrations on complex and large-scale infrastructure, civil and structural projects.

She also works with contractors to prepare and strategise their extension of time claims.
